I want you to be over the moon with your purchase. I won't let anything leave my creative room unless I
am 100% happy with it.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I will accept returns and exchanges on 'Ready to ship' pieces only.
(Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.)
Please do ask before you purchase if you would like any more photos emailed across to you. I'm more than happy to do this.
If you would like to return an item please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
I can not accept returns on 'Made to order' or custom pieces unless your item has arrived
damaged or there has been a mistake on my part (If damaged please see below 'LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES').
I am always happy to send out photo's on request before I send your piece out. For large custom pieces I will send photos throughout the whole process to check it's meeting your expectations.

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Items in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days.
For most made to order items, I aim to complete these within 7 to 10 working days (often quicker). If you are ordering a custom piece please contact me before you purchase for an estimated dispatch time.
The above made to order timescale can vary at peek times, however I will always keep you updated via email regarding the status of your order.
Now requires a signature upon delivery via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class Service. For items with a value > £100 or larger parcels, Royal Mail Special Delivery Service will be used.
Once dispatched, I will email you a unique reference number which can then be used to monitor the progress of your delivery online via the Royal Mail/Parcelforce Track and Trace tool. Delivery generally takes between 3-5 working days but please be advised this could be longer and is beyond my control.
To ensure your parcel arrives safely, all items are now shipped Internationally via Royal Mail/Parcelforce International Tracked or Signed For Services where available.
Once dispatched, I will email you a unique reference number which can then be used to monitor the progress of your delivery online via the Royal Mail/Parcelforce Track and Trace tool. Delivery generally takes between 5-7 working days but please be advised this could be longer (up to 5 weeks on rare occasions) due to your country's location, public holidays and customs handling and this is beyond my control.
Domestic shipping upgrades are available. Please contact me prior to purchase for additional postage rates.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please contact your local post office in the first instance quoting your items postage reference number. Once your item has been declared lost by the postal carrier, please contact me and I will arrange for either a replacement or refund.
For items damaged in transit, again please contact your local post office at the first instance. Then, within 2 days of receiving your item please provide me with a detailed description of the exterior/ interior damage with photos. I will then arrange for either a replacement or refund to be issued.
Due to the nature of my work and all items being handmade, please appreciate any replacement piece will attract a waiting time.
The buyer is fully responsible to pay all fees, including taxes, and duties associated with shipping items to their respective country. I cannot and will not be held responsible for additional custom fees or taxes charged. Please ensure you are fully aware of your own country's custom and handling legislation prior to purchase.
